Caffe Sport is located at 574 Green St, in San Francisco between Columbus Ave and Telegraph Hill. The restaurant serves authentic Sicilian cuisine, pasta and seafood. After the death of its original owner Tony La Tona in 2002, it was operated by a son, and now appears to be operated by a new owner, who seeks to preserve its classic cuisine and ambience.
