Description
Firework Abstracts 1 is an impressionist photo painting created from some photos captured at the New Years Eve celebration in San Francisco, a few minutes after the stroke of midnight. I snapped away at the beautiful display of explosions, sparks, smoke, blooms and colors of the fireworks. Then I chose a few and softened the details by use of digital filters to create some slightly abstract impressions. Mostly I was just having some fun working with the colors and sparks.
This one shows a rain of sparks with some gold and white blooms. The white bloom reminds me a little of an exotic bird.
