In the Marble Clouds is an abstract photograph (square format) captured of a section of a glowing marble sculpture found in a shop window in San Francisco. I see a man's face in profile in the blueish shadow near center, but have discovered not everyone can see this. So I changed my prospective title "Man in the Marble Clouds" to now simply "In the Marble Clouds."
Marble is a favorite medium for sculptors because it adds a translucent and glowing quality to their subjects.

Born and raised in North Dakota, she obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree at Minnesota State University in Mankato, MN. Her art education began when her parents enrolled Bonnie in the Art Instruction Schools as a child. This was a home study "Draw Me" school that advertised frequently in the magazines of the time. She continued her interest in art during her college years, majoring in fine art, photography and printmaking. Not long after completing her college BFA degree, Bonnie moved to San Francisco, and continued her art education by taking photography...
