Description
Minneapolis Aerial View 3 is a photograph taken from an airplane as it prepared to land in Minneapolis on a late afternoon in June. It shows downtown Minneapolis in the distance and Lake of the Isles and Lake Calhoun in the foreground.
Whenever I fly in to this city in the summer months I can't help but feel it resembles an Emerald City with its abundant green trees, lakes, rivers and moist air.
