The Shed Window is a photograph of a painted wood shed window and young tree branches with reflected light and shadows near end of day. The photo was taken in the lake country of Minnesota. (My father made this shed and the window with unusual panes from some glass pane leftovers he had around.)

Born and raised in North Dakota, she obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree at Minnesota State University in Mankato, MN. Her art education began when her parents enrolled Bonnie in the Art Instruction Schools as a child. This was a home study "Draw Me" school that advertised frequently in the magazines of the time. She continued her interest in art during her college years, majoring in fine art, photography and printmaking. Not long after completing her college BFA degree, Bonnie moved to San Francisco, and continued her art education by taking photography...
