Lady Liberty folds the Light of Reason and a book marking the day of July 4th 1776, American Independence Day. My take this year for the July 4th holiday.
For those who think of July 4th has a day having only something to do with BBQ's and fireworks celebrations, a reminder: July 4, 1776 was the day the Declaration of Independence was adopted by the Continental Congress and the United States was born. May we keep the flame alive!

Born and raised in North Dakota, she obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree at Minnesota State University in Mankato, MN. Her art education began when her parents enrolled Bonnie in the Art Instruction Schools as a child. This was a home study "Draw Me" school that advertised frequently in the magazines of the time. She continued her interest in art during her college years, majoring in fine art, photography and printmaking. Not long after completing her college BFA degree, Bonnie moved to San Francisco, and continued her art education by taking photography...
