Afternoon Coffee in New York City is an original acrylic painting (now available for prints) showing a couple having coffee at one of the tables in the courtyard of a NYC museum cafe. This was painted from a photograph I took on a visit to the city in the 1970's. I was standing in a museum gallery looking down to the cafe courtyard on a rather moist, gloomy day. The couple sits at one of nine tables, the other tables are empty of guests.
The original 18" x 36"acrylic painting on canvas is privately owned and not available for sale. Prints are available on this site. The tall vertical orientation of this image makes it suitable as decor for otherwise narrow walls in the home or office.
