Artist's Description
Classical Sakura was captured on a spring afternoon in April in San Francisco's Golden Gate Park. The branches of pink cherry blossoms were contrasted against the classical architecture at the rear of the bandstand on the music concourse, across the street from the Japanese tea Garden. The lovely spring blossoms do not last long, and two weeks later were gone on a subsequent visit to the park.

Welcome to my art and photography profile pages, with products available for print on demand. Bio history: Bonnie Follett is an artist and photographer living in San Francisco. Born and raised in North Dakota, she obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree at Minnesota State University in Mankato, MN. Her art education began when her parents enrolled Bonnie in the Art Instruction Schools as a child. This was a home study "Draw Me" school that advertised frequently in the magazines of the time. She continued her interest in art during her college years, majoring in fine art, photography and printmaking. Not long after completing her college BFA degree, Bonnie moved to San Francisco, and continued her art education by taking photography...
