Jumping from Slide Rock is a photograph of a boy jumping from Slide Rock in Arizona into the waters of Oak Creek. This captures him in mid-jump doing an apparent cannon-ball dive. Note that the black on the shore is his shadow. Photo taken at Slide Rock State Park near Sedona, Arizona.

Born and raised in North Dakota, she obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree at Minnesota State University in Mankato, MN. Her art education began when her parents enrolled Bonnie in the Art Instruction Schools as a child. This was a home study "Draw Me" school that advertised frequently in the magazines of the time. She continued her interest in art during her college years, majoring in fine art, photography and printmaking. Not long after completing her college BFA degree, Bonnie moved to San Francisco, and continued her art education by taking photography...
