Slide Rock Slide in Motion is perhaps a little abstract and not the best photo because it is so blurry, but I liked something about it anyway. It reflects the speed and jarring motion of this warm day pastime of visitors to the Slide Rock Oak Creek area in Arizona. If you are brave enough, you may enjoy the exuberance of a quick slide down Oak Creek as it winds through this red rock formation that creates a series of rapids in this section of the creek.

Born and raised in North Dakota, she obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree at Minnesota State University in Mankato, MN. Her art education began when her parents enrolled Bonnie in the Art Instruction Schools as a child. This was a home study "Draw Me" school that advertised frequently in the magazines of the time. She continued her interest in art during her college years, majoring in fine art, photography and printmaking.
